What are your likes and dislikes?

I like sports generally, rugby specifically; good wine and history. I dislike cold mornings, disingenuous people and sprouts!

Do you have a favourite quote or claim to fame? 

I played county colt rugby (many, many moons ago!). My favourite quote? Many of them… probably the best is “No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up”.
